You may be able to find court forms to help you on this website. Some of these forms are created as part of the Access to Justice initiative. Other forms were created by other organizations.
The TN Supreme Court has approved forms for people to use in divorces and for some civil cases. These forms were created by the Access to Justice Commission.
These forms are approved as universally acceptable as legally sufficient. This means that as long as they are filled out completely and not changed, court clerks will accept them.
Be sure to read the forms completely before filling them out. The divorce forms have instructions that you must read before using them.
